NIMBUSTRATUS is a sculpture made of basaltic rock by José Manuel Buendía. This piece is a cloud hand carved on basaltic stone from Chimalhuacan where he is the 4th generations of basalt sculptures.

The stone shapes on nimbustratus emulate the moving wavy forms of the clouds and also give the sensation of a flowing liquid rock.
